What is Advanced Search?
Webbtree Advanced Search is a feature that empowers recruiters to conduct highly targeted candidate searches by applying multiple filters and criteria. This functionality enables you to find candidates who match specific employment details, educational qualifications, skills, and more, helping you identify the best-fit candidates for your job openings.
Steps to Perform an Advanced Search on Webbtree Talent Discovery:
Step 1: Log In to Your Webbtree Talent Discovery Account.
To get started, access the Webbtree Talent Discovery platform and log in with your credentials. If you don't have an account, sign up for one.
Step 2: Access the Search Interface:
Once you're logged in, navigate to the Talent discovery from the global menu. This is where you can start creating and running searches.
Step 3: Select Advanace Search:
Click on Advance search option from the various search options offered
Step 4: Select Your Search Criteria:
In the Advanced Search interface, you'll find a range of criteria and filters to choose from. These criteria typically include:
Employment Details: Specify criteria such as Job title, Industry, Company, Skills, Location & company size.
User will also have option to select Current/Past filter for Job title, Industry, Company fields
Educational Details: Define requirements for Education, School, Field of Study & Graduation year.
Gender Details: Specify the gender requirement
Contact Details: Define requirement for profiles with Mobile Number, Personal Email, Current Professional, Email Social Profiles
Step 5: Run Your Search:
After selecting and configuring your filters, initiate the search. The platform will then generate a list of candidates who meet your specified criteria.
