Adding a zoom link while scheduling an interview:
While scheduling an interview as mentioned in this article, if you select the interview type as 'Virtual meet' and if you have already enabled the integration with Zoom, Webbtree will give an option to schedule a zoom meeting for the selected time slot and share that to the interviewer and the candidate.
Once that option is selected and you choose to schedule the interview, the email that is sent to the interviewer will also include the link to join the zoom call. It is important to note that if you do not click the button on the next modal that opens up for the candidate, the candidate will not receive the email and thus the zoom link.
Once an interview is scheduled with the zoom link, if the you choose the reschedule option by clicking on the calendar icon or by selecting this option from the ellipses(three vertical dots), you will be able to view and copy the zoom link and share it if you want to share it through some other channels.
