Manage all your interview scheduling via the Webbtree ATS and eliminate the hassle of generating meeting links and sending calendar invitations to interviewers and candidates. Webbtree automatically creates meeting links and blocks calendar for interviewers and candidates.
Also, unique feedback links generated for them for the interviewers to rate the candidates
You can also send personalised messages for the interviews and candidates separately.
Following are the steps schedule interviews with multiple interviews-
1. From the left side menu - Go to Jobs.
2. Schedule interview by clicking on the calendar icon.
Note: Interviewers can not be scheduled for candidates in the 'Pipeline' stage (i.e the first stage)
In order to schedule the interview, please move the candidates stage from 'Pipeline'
4. By default, the interview invite will be sent out of Webbtree ([email protected])
You may also select your integrated inbox. Follow the link below to get your inbox integrated with Webbtree -

5. Select one or multiple interviewers with the help of the checkboxes.
6. Select the interview stage and customise the interview scorecard.
The interviewers will be able to assess the candidate and submit the feedback based on the interview scorecard parameters.
7. Fill out the other schedule details.
Note: Virtual meet allows you to use your integrated calendar and schedule the interview. This will automatically send out calendar invites to the interviewers and the candidate.

Click on schedule and proceed to the last step.
8. Select the candidate's email id and click on 'Send'.
