Creating a Talent pool

Talent pools are an easy way to group the candidates from your system based on the profiles so that you can access all these candidates at one place when needed.

1. To create a talent pool, just click on the add new button and select the talent pool option.
   
   
2. You can name the talent pool as per your choice and also add a description that will be visible while viewing the talent pool.
3. You can access these talent pools through the talent section of the ATS through the drop-down at the upper left corner of the listing.
4. You can add or remove candidates from a talent pool. You can create applications of a candidate for a job through talent pools and take all the other action like adding a note, adding to other talent pool, adding a call log, that can be taken against a candidate.
5. The name and description of a talent pool can be edited using the edit option at the top right.
