How to add Vendors / External Recruiters to Webbtree ATS?

Vendors are Agencies / Contract Recruiters / Third Party Recruiters who can help you strengthen your candidate pipeline and recruit. You can add Vendors to your Webbtree ATS account and give them the ability to add candidates and check hiring status for specific job(s) they assigned to.

How to Invite Vendors and give them access to start Sourcing for specific Job(s)

Following are 5 Steps to follow.

Step 1: Go to Settings from the left slider > Vendors ( integrations heading ) and click on 'Add new'. 

Step 2:  Enter the Name and Email ID of the Vendor and select the Type of access for the Vendor between Basic and Advanced. Find the difference in access by clicking on 'Compare Roles'. You may also add more optional information against the Vendors for your records.

This email ID would be used by the vendor to login. Once you enter these details and choose to add, an email will be sent to the entered email ID with the activation link for the Vendor's account. 

Added Pointers:

• You may resend this link incase they did not activate their account within 24 hours or edit the email ID and other details of the vendor. 
• Once the Vendor uses the link to set the password, their account will be activated.

There you go! vendor has been onboarded to your Webbtree ATS account.

Step 3:  Grant sourcing rights to a vendor specific Job(s)

Once the vendor's account is activated, you can grant sourcing rights to that account. To do so go the Job for which you want to grant sourcing rights and click on 'Campaign'.

Step 4: Click on Available Vendors to find activated Vendors. Here you can see a list of all the vendors, use the toggle in front of a vendor's name and this would grant permission for sourcing to the Vendor and they would receive an email notification for the same.

Once sourcing is enabled for a vendor, the vendor would be able see that job and add applications to that job by signing in to Webbtree ATS using the credentials for their account.

What can the vendor view?

1. Jobs they have been assigned to
2. Candidates they have added.

Vendors will not be able to view any other candidate data for your company.

Depending on the access (Basic / Advanced) They would be able to view evaluations and schedule interviews on your behalf.
