Manage Credit distribution among your team with Webbtree. Following article details the steps to distribute both Contact Enrichments and Premium Contact Enrichment Credits among your team members.
There are 4 steps involved in sending an invite. Once the invite is accepted, credits are assigned with the team member.
Step 1:
Go to Settings and Click on Usage.
Step 2:
Click on "Team" as seen in the picture:
Step 3:
This screen prompts you to reserve credits for yourself before distributing it for your team.
You may enter 0 if you do not intend on using credits. Note: You can always assign credits to yourself later
Step 4:
Finally, enter the email id of you team member and the number of credits you wish to assign them.
With that you have successfully invited your first team member. Click Invite, an email will be sent to the invited team member.
Find the email below. The team needs to click on viewing the invite.
This will re-direct them to signup with Webbtree.
Once the signup is completed, The following request will be displayed.
As soon as this request is accepted, they have been added to your team and receive the assigned credits.
To invite more members to your team, click on 'Add new' icon as shown in the picture:
Step 5:
Use the Highlighted icon to assign credits to your team members as shown below
