Manage Credit distribution among your team with Webbtree. Following article details the steps to distribute both Contact Enrichments and Premium Contact Enrichment Credits among your team members.
There are 4 steps involved in sending an invite. Once the invite is accepted, credits are assigned with the team member.
Step 1:
Go to Settings and Click on Usage.
Step 2:
Click on "Team" as seen in the picture:
Step 3:
When You click on Invite Members button the following screen will appear. Here enter
- The email of the team member whom you want to add.
- Add 0 in premium partner credits.
- Under usage contact coins, enter the credits you want to issue to this member.
- Click on Invite.
Step 4: The invited team member would receive an email like shown below
Note: The validity of this invite is only 8 hours. Post which the link will expire and you have to re-invite the member.
On clicking the invite, the member would be redirected to the sign in screen on the talent discovery.
The user has to sign in with their credentials. And then they will see a screen as shown below
Step 5: On this screen the user has to accept to join as a team member.
As soon as this request is accepted, they have been added to your team and receive the assigned credits.
To invite more members to your team, click on 'Add new' icon as shown in the picture:
