How to reach out to a candidate with a job posting?

If you have sourced a candidate and created an application against a job and wish to share the opening with the candidate, we have taken care of that. You can share the job posting if the job is published onto the careers site. 

1. To share a job post click on the three vertical dots against an application and choose to send a job post. 
   
   
   
2. On doing so an email would be triggered to the candidate with the link of the job on careers site.
   
   
3. You can edit the email template for this action through the templates section in the settings.
   
   
4. Thus, using this link the candidate can apply for the job on the careers site.
   
   
5. All the information including the email id that the candidate enters will override the previously existing information in the ATS system. Thus, you can access the most reliable information about the candidate entered by the source itself, the candidate
