A job requisition is a formal request to create a new position in the company. A hiring manager can raise a job requisition as and when a new opening arises in their department. Here are the steps to create a job requisition:
- Click on ‘Add New’ at the top right corner and select Job Requisition.
- Fill in the details of the role you are looking for and click on Save. Your job requisition will be created.
- To view active requisitions, go to the Dashboard and click on ‘Active Requisitions’.
It is also the first step in any talent acquisition process. The recruiter and staffing manager can view the requisitions, approve it and start with the recruiting process i.e. creating a job and inviting applicants for the particular role.
