Screening candidates with a set of questions while applying, helps you gauge if the candidate meets your basic target specifications or no. Thus, enabling you to filter out the non-qualified candidates at the initial stage itself.

Additionally, this also allows you to verify if the candidate is actively applying because they took the effort to answer your screening questions.

You can customize the screening questions for each job, here are the steps to achieve this

Note: This guide demonstrates how you can add screening questions to existing Jobs. However, following this guide from Step 4 will also help adding screening questions while creation of new Jobs.

Step 1. Select Jobs from the left hand panel.

Step 2. Select the job you wish to add Screening Questions to.(e.g Data Analyst Test in this case)

Step 3. Click on the Settings icon beside the name of the job.

Step 4. Select the Application Form option. This is how the candidate views the application form while applying for the job.

Step 5. You can also add more Screening Questions. (For example - "Willing to relocate?" question is added below and the reply expected is Yes/No)

Step 6. You can set the application preferences as Required/Optional.
