As many candidates prefer to come to the Career Page and apply for jobs, it is important for Company Description to be a part of every job description.
Earlier, Webbtree would give you a job description space, where you could add a Job Description and I found that many clients would add a small intro explaining the company profile. Thus I realised that there is a need to add a Company Description section as your would have to keep inserting a company description for every new job.
You can now add a Company Description once and it will automatically be added to every new Job created by your Team. Please find the steps below
( Note: Only Team members with Admin and Staffing Manager access will be able to make this setting. )
1. Go to Settings.
2. Go on the Career Page section.
3. Here you’ll find a new section to fill in beside Company Description.
4. You can now just fill in the description, save and you’re set to go. Here is how the changes will reflect for your on the career site.
What's next?
Accept applications of candidates who do not find a suited Job Opening however still wish to apply. Here is a detailed guide.
