An updated Career Page is very important for your company's recruitment brand. It is the best tool for attracting an active pool of candidates. This single landing page speaks louder about your company, than the website as a whole. The Career page is the first point of contact for new applicants, on the basis of which he/she decides to Apply or not.

Other than the Vacant Jobs and their description mentioned, a viewer also pays attention to the aesthetics of the web page which include the company logo, favicon and banner.

Company Logo - This is a very important part of the Career Page. It helps to relate the aesthetics of your web page with your logo, in the minds of the viewer.

Favicon -  This is an icon associated with a particular website, which s displayed in the address bar of a browser accessing the site or next to the site name in a user's list of bookmarks.

Banner - This could be a Tagline or an envisioned quote of the company, which typically informs the viewer more about the company. This is very helpful when the company is not very well known, as well as it adds to the aesthetics of the page.

Now a days technology and branding of a company does not restrict candidates to only apply for jobs through Job Boards. Many active candidates prefer to apply from Career sites too, thus making it important for a Career Page to reflect the aesthetics of the Company.

Below are the steps to Edit your Career Page:

1. Go to your Webbtree Dashboard and click on Settings.

2. Select Career Site under the Branding header.

3. Now add your Company Logo, favicon and banner.

Now you are all set to providing a branding career site for your candidates.
