A candidate comes to your Career Page, goes through all the Job Postings but is not able to find a relevant opening, they still want to apply to your organization. Instead of reaching out to you via email or linkedin, they can submit their applications along with a message on Webbtree.
The candidates can find this section at the bottom of your career site where all the jobs are listed.
Following are the detailed steps to the settings.
1. Go to Career Site Settings:
2. Here in the Future Openings section, Owners would be notified each time a new candidate apply for future opening.
If the candidate has added a message here is where you can find it. If this sections shows "N/A" there is no additional message added by the candidate.
What's next?
You can add a Company Description once and it will automatically be added to every new Job created by your Team. Here is a detailed guide to changing this setting.
